# What is StableStock

**StableStock is a stablecoin-native platform for investing in global stocks, backed by YZi Labs, MPCi (Matrix Partners China), and Vertex Ventures.**

StableStock enables users worldwide to access global equity markets directly with stablecoins. Users can fund their accounts with USDT or USDC and trade **real U.S., Hong Kong, and Korean stocks and ETFs** without relying on traditional banking rails or currency conversion processes.

Trades are executed and settled through licensed brokerage and custody infrastructure. Positions on StableStock correspond to **real underlying shares**, rather than synthetic or contract-based exposure.
