StableBroker

StableBroker is the entry point to the StableStock ecosystem — a licensed broker infrastructure integrated with stablecoins.

  • Core Role: Provides accessibility by connecting stablecoin rails (USDT/USDC) with licensed clearing engines and custody accounts.

  • User Experience: Enables “One-Click USDT/USDC → Stocks” purchases, allowing investors to directly buy U.S. equities without relying on local banks or FX providers.

  • Asset Tokenization: Shares purchased via StableBroker can be tokenized into sStocks (e.g., AAPL → sAAPL, TSLA → sTSLA) on supported L1s. These tokenized assets remain fully backed 1:1 by real equities held in licensed custody.

  • Liquidity Flow: Tokenized stocks from StableBroker can be deposited into StableVault, where they are transformed into yield-bearing stStocks and distributed across DeFi protocols (DEX liquidity, lending, bridges, and beyond).

In short, StableBroker bridges offchain equities into composable onchain assets, forming the trust foundation that powers StableVault and StableSwap.
