# HK IPO

StableStock lets you subscribe to upcoming Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) IPOs directly from your account. You can participate with your own funds (cash subscription) or borrow additional capital from the platform to increase your subscription size (leveraged subscription).

Funds are settled in USDT or USDC. Once an IPO you subscribed to receives an allotment, the shares are transferred to your equity account and become available for trading when the stock lists.

KYC verification is required before you can participate in any IPO.
