Transparency

The Transparency page provides users with visibility into on-chain transactions, reserve ratios, and assurance reports. It is designed to make the relationship between tokenized equities and the underlying real equities verifiable. The page is organized into three sections:

  1. Live Trades

All transactions are recorded on-chain and categorized into four types:

  • Mint – token issuance

  • Burn – token redemption

  • Buy Orders – executed buy transactions

  • Sell Orders – executed sell transactions

Each transaction is permanently stored on-chain, allowing independent review and audit of historical activity.

  1. Reserves

The Reserves section discloses the coverage between issued tokens and the corresponding underlying equities. Users can review:

  • Overall Reserve Ratio – aggregate coverage across all assets.

  • Per-Asset Data – number of shares held versus token supply for each equity.

  • Individual Reserve Ratios – coverage ratio at the asset level.

The data reflects the latest disclosed reserve information. A reserve ratio above 100% indicates that all tokens in circulation are fully backed by real equities held in custody.

  1. Weekly Assurance & Transparency

In addition to on-chain data, weekly assurance reports are published in PDF format. These reports are based on settlement records from licensed brokers and custodian data, and are archived for reference. They provide an additional layer of verification for users and external parties.

Purpose of Transparency

The Transparency page serves to document the linkage between tokenized equities and their underlying assets. It enables users to:

  • Review recorded trades on-chain.

  • Compare token supply with disclosed equity holdings.

  • Access historical assurance reports.

This framework is intended to make asset coverage and operations verifiable through publicly accessible data.
